Good communication and a good sale

Alistair is personable and communicates regularly on progress. He is very well informed on the NZ market and what buyers are looking for. The price recommendation was spot on and I don't think it was possible to do better at the time of sale. The sale strategy worked well given the condition of the NZ market and the property - a lot of potential buyers came through. Alistair highlighted the risks around certain sale strategies and we avoided those. Overall I was happy with the outcome

Experience counts when the pressure is on...

When I decided to put my house on the market I was looking for a company that could get it sold quickly at a fair market price. Alistair's presentation indicated that he had a good appreciation of my situation, and had a well thought out marketing plan. He had a keen understanding of current market conditions and knew how to leverage the unique features of the house to generate buyer interest. He advised me to invest in obtaining reports that would provide assurance to first home buyers, and an advertising campaign that would provide maximum reach. Alistair was confident and enthusiastic without being pushy, and explained the technicalities of real estate marketing in language I could understand. He provided guidance on how I should stage the house, and kept me motivated to complete the tasks necessary to make the house more appealing to buyers. Tenders closed two and a half weeks after the house went on the market with offers received, resulting in a sale being achieved a few days later. The price was right in line with my expectations and I have to say that Alistair delivered what he said he would... a quick sale at a fair price. He is a true professional and an all round good bloke. I would recommend him to anyone with property to sell.

Very well-managed sale

We really liked Alistair for his honest plain-spoken manner and his obvious depth of experience. He backed up all his advice with evidence. He was particularly helpful on what we should do to prepare the property for sale. We could not have wished for a better result and we attribute a lot of this to his skillful management of the process.

One of the good ones!

Great job from friendly, professional agent

The presale explanation of the sales process was precise and clear. Throughout the process Alistair kept us informed of the open home progress and whether there were serious viewers. He kept in-touch throughout the process and there were no surprises as the deadline came closer. Alistair was available if we had any queries and completely professional throughout.
