Covered all bases regarding the sale of our Petone property

I still remember over 20 years ago selling 3 properties in Wainuiomata through an agent whose sole purpose was to make as much money as possible and screw me over with their bull shit. the problem for me was being green and no experience. wasn't looking forward to selling Petone, After meeting Linda and Dave my faith in real estate agents and the service they offered was what one should expect. we mainly delt with Linda

Excellent experience

I chose Billy Bell because he gave me the impression he would take responsibility for organising the sale of my house and would keep me informed. I also found that he didn't want me to change the decor. He left it to me to make sensible small improvements. So he made me feel that the right person would enjoy my house as it was - books, paintings etc. At the time of closing of the tender, Billy was professional and advised me on how the sale should be managed, and then followed through. He kept me updated throughout the proceedings.

Above and beyond our expectations!

Sam went above and beyond our expectations! He was there for whatever we needed, offered great advice and was very patient as he guided us through the home buyer process for our first home. In the beginning it felt daunting as this was our first time going through this process but Sam made the whole thing feel seamless, manageable, and always kept us updated! He did a great job at representing the owners’ needs whilst also assisting us as the buyers with everything we needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience or agent for our first home!
