Will understands the market and gave me solid advice on where to position my place. His guidance helped immensely with getting it ready to sell, and led to a quick sale - six weeks from live to unconditional! I've already recommended him to a friend who is having the same well-managed experience.

We had a fantastic experience working with Tommy to sell our home. His excellent sales and marketing skills, combined with his strong knowledge of the property market, made a real difference throughout the entire process. Tommy’s professionalism, excellent communication, and dedication gave us confidence and peace of mind from start to finish. We truly appreciated his hard work, proactive approach, and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for us. We highly recommend Tommy to anyone looking to sell their property and wanting an agent with outstanding sales and marketing skills who genuinely cares about his clients.

I had a fantastic experience with Billy Bell and Tommy Madams both with buying my new home and selling my own. They made what could have been a very stressful process so much easier, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. When buying my new home, they were great to deal with — always responsive, happy to answer questions and never made me feel like I was being a nuisance when I wanted to go back for another look. They were also great at reassuring the vendors that my house would sell, which helped me secure the property. Once it came to selling my place, they got straight into it. They helped with everything from the appraisal to recommending house washers and cleaners, and the marketing was excellent. They even made sure the weather was right for the photos by postponing for a day, which made them look amazing. The pricing strategy worked really well, with plenty of interest straight away, two open homes in the first week and multiple Tommy’s agents bringing buyers through. Communication was excellent. They kept me updated through WhatsApp, so I always knew when people were coming through and what the feedback was. When an early offer came in, I wasn’t sure about it but I trusted them and I’m so glad I did. They ended up getting me seven offers, and I sold for a price I was really happy with. The offer was unconditional too, so everything fell into place with the purchase of my new home. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better result in this market. The whole Tommy’s team was fantastic, with different agents working together to bring buyers through and get the best result. I’d absolutely recommend Billy, Tommy and the Tommy’s team to anyone looking to sell their home. They know what they’re doing, communicate brilliantly and genuinely make you feel like you’re in good hands. It was a pleasure working with them, and I’m really hapy with how everything turned out. Now I just have to get rid of 21 years of memories to fit into my smaller house !

We first met Tommy in 2023 when we were buying our first home here, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide us through the process. From the beginning, Tommy was friendly, approachable, reliable and an excellent communicator. What we appreciated most was that we never felt pressured or “sold to.” Having come from overseas, we were used to a much more sales-driven approach to real estate, so Tommy’s genuine, straightforward style was such a refreshing change. He gave us honest advice, went out of his way to help, and we always felt that we could trust what he was telling us. Since then, Tommy has become someone we naturally turn to whenever we need property advice. He has helped us with another purchase and, more recently, has been incredibly helpful while we explored the possibility of renting out our current property. Regardless of whether there is actually a sale involved, he is always generous with his time and happy to help. For us, that says a lot about his character. Tommy is not just a great realtor; he is someone we genuinely trust and feel comfortable asking for advice. He is professional without being pushy, knowledgeable without making things complicated, and just a genuinely lovely person to deal with. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tommy to anyone buying, selling, or simply needing some honest property advice. An easy 5/5 from us.

Tommy and Will were quick, professional and really easy to deal with. The whole process was so efficient and well managed. Tommy was very organised with communications, ensuring that all viewings happened with minimal fuss. I got a good price and a quick sale in a tricky market, and am very pleased with how it all played out.

From our first meeting with Alice – we knew she was the right person to sell our house. As first time sellers, she took us through the steps clearly and thoroughly – her solid communication continued all the through to when we sold our house. In a tricky market and with the added hurdle of Body Corporate queries, Alice’s extensive market knowledge and insights through data analysis, enabled us to make clear and informed decisions, and ultimately sell our house to the right vendors. 10/10!

Was one of my easiest hassle free real estate Experiences for ages and I have a lot Great Communication and all done Quick Would use again.

Jasper was incredibly accomodating and helpful as our agent while purchasing our home. He was a great communicator, super professional, warm and just lovely to deal with. Jasper made sure to find answers to all our questions, juggling comms with overseas vendors easily. He made purchasing our first home while also adjusting to life with a new baby at home super easy, which we really appreciated. Thanks for everything Jasper!

Assessment of property value and price positioning was spot on. Worked with enquires to get an offer in a down market.
