1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Tommy’s Real Estate Limited (“Tommy’s”), 209 Victoria Street, Te Aro, Wellington, New Zealand.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to residential property owners who list their property with Tommy’s Wellington City office and achieve an unconditional sale of that property between 1 September 2025 and 5 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
For the avoidance of doubt, only listings managed by Tommy’s Wellington City office are eligible. Listings handled by any other Tommy’s office or external agency are not eligible.
Property must be a residential property.
Exclusions:
Commercial property sales are not eligible.
Development projects and development properties are not eligible.
Only unconditional residential sales confirmed within the Promotion Period will qualify.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Tommy’s are not eligible to enter.
Tommy’s may, acting reasonably, determine eligibility where office attribution or property classification is unclear.
3. Entry Conditions
Each qualifying residential property sale equals one (1) entry into the draw.
Only one entry will be allocated per property sold, regardless of the number of vendors associated with that property.
Entry is automatic upon confirmation of an unconditional sale; no additional action is required by the vendor.
4. Prize Winners
There are five (5) prizes, each consisting of a $5,000 travel voucher (total prize pool $25,000).
Travel vouchers will be issued by a travel provider chosen by Tommy’s and are subject to that provider’s terms, conditions, and expiry dates.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
5. Prize Draw
The prize draw will take place at a Tommy’s event in early December 2025 (exact date to be confirmed).
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The draw will be conducted fairly and transparently, with results verified by a Tommy’s representative.
6. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified directly by phone and/or email within five (5) business days of the draw.
Winners’ names may also be published on the Tommy’s website and social media channels.
If a winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts within ten (10) business days, Tommy’s reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
7. Publicity
By entering this competition, entrants consent to Tommy’s using their name, image, and details of their sale for promotional and marketing purposes, without compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. Privacy
Tommy’s will collect and use personal information for the purposes of administering this competition and fulfilling prize obligations.
All personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and Tommy’s Privacy Policy.
9. General
Tommy’s reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify entries where it reasonably believes there has been non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
Tommy’s is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of entering or participating in the competition, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Tommy’s decision in relation to any aspect of this competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
