Trina is a licensed real estate salesperson at Tommys real estate ltd Wellington. Earning bachelor’s degree in interior architecture and design from Victoria University of Wellington.

Prior to her current role, she was a cofounding shareholder of the property platform homes.co.nz, which was later acquired by Trade Me.

A founder of her own Interior design business Coco belle specialising in bespoke furniture design, children’s interiors and creative spaces as well as private design consulting services.

Trina brings together a unique blend of strong negotiation skills, design sensibility and real estate acumen. Her skills include excellent communication, preparation of homes for sale, targeted marketing, and successful sales strategy.

Trina is consistently praised by clients for her professionalism, personal touch and market knowledge.

Life outside of work; Trina is a proud volunteer with friends of the Malaghan, she supports the Malaghan institute of medical research. A breast cancer survivor she actively fundraises for breast cancer research too whenever she can.

Professional and Personable

Trina provided professional and knowledgeable advice and guidance throughout our business dealings. Her feedback was excellent and although I was overseas during the Sale Process , Trina updated me regularly. My sale deadline was met as hoped with Trina facilitating all that was required to complete the Sale, albeit at times requiring extreme patience and professionalism

Trina is personable and professional

I had a great experience purchasing a property with Trina. Trina has an outstanding understanding of property with vision and ideas. She worked diligently and fairly to get a sale through that suited both the vendor and purchaser. Trina also followed up with awesome contacts to get work completed on the house I purchased, that has added significant value. The fact Trina has continued good sales in a tough market shows how skilled she is. Highly recommend!
