Scotty is an original foundation agent of Tommy’s Real Estate 1999, and proud to be actively involved in what is now the busiest and most successful real estate office in New Zealand. With over 25 years experience in residential sales & investment properties Scotty understands the principles of negotiation when dealing with large property transactions. I am market savvy, I take a detailed market approach, have a creative eye and have excellent knowledge of the Wellington market. I enjoy interacting with people, no matter who they are. There is always something in common beyond the property – and that is what he looks for. The team spirit and culture of Tommy’s makes the difference for Scotty – the support and the values. He takes a long-term view, at the end of the day Scotty wants his clients to like and trust me and be comfortable with the results they achieve. That’s why he does this.

Outside of Real Estate Scotty’s leisure interests revolve around the outdoors and include: skiing, trout fishing, mountain biking and travel where possible. Fortunately for Scotty, his wife is from Canada and ensures that there will always be a trip to Canada on the horizon. He has travelled extensively and worked in the tourism industry in New Zealand and Europe. Even working for three years driving coaches for Contiki Holidays in central Europe, Russia and Scandinavia.
