He made buying a home feel easy

Patrick quickly figured out why kind of home I wanted (before I did) and was always available for questions I had relating to the house and the process of buying it. He was patient but motivated, a good communicator and I feel he gave me pragmatic and fair advice. I thought I’d be stressed out buying a house but he really made the whole thing a breeze.
