Sales Consultant Helen Anderson

Helen Anderson is a Khandallah resident, and has been for most of her life. She joined Tommy’s over 20 years ago this year, and is a REINZ award winning salesperson. Helen is a tenacious negotiator and tireless worker who inspires clients confidence because she knows what she’s doing. She joined Tommy’s in 2001 and won a national REINZ award the year after – testimony to her exceptional sales record and talent from the get go. Helen’s key strengths are her patience and negotiation skills. “The tougher it gets”, says Helen, “the more determined I am to bring it all together.” Helen has on occasion even stopped her vendor accepting an offer and gone back to the buyer because she knew she could get more.
She has a rare talent for seeing things clearly and brings objectivity into the business of buying and selling. Helen works in partnership with her husband Paul – that’s two people, with 28 plus years combined experience, working in your best interests. Their complementary strengths, skills and capacity to get the job done, are well appreciated by clients. Having had a successful career in banking, including experience as Loans Manager, prior to joining Tommy’s is also put to good use with clients. Understanding people’s needs and working with their expectations is something Helen does very well. A hallmark of Helen’s success is her clear thinking and calm manner through what can be a stressful emotional time. “Working with the emotion of selling or purchasing a loved family home is not easy.
