Adrian impressed from the outset with his knowledge of the market and advice. Once we were ready to go to market he had all the right contacts that could work in a timely manor to ensure the least delay. He not only acted as the agent but the project manager while the house was made ready for sale, this was vital as we were not in Wellington. Delivered the impossible

Had a very challenging time selling my Wellington apartment. Was on the market for over a year before Adrian took over the listing. After only a few months he had found a couple of potential buyers and landed an offer. Was helpful, communicative and supportive but getting the final sale was gold after such a long wait.
