Couldn’t have bought our first home without Liz!

We first met Liz when we put an offer on a property she was managing. Although that offer didn’t work out, she stayed in touch and supported us throughout our search for our first home over the next nine months. Liz took the time to truly understand what we wanted, and by the end of our journey she knew our preferences perfectly and ultimately brought us through the one that is now our first home. Her dedication, persistence, and genuine excitement for us never went unnoticed. We truly couldn’t have done it without her. Liz is an amazing real estate agent, but beyond that, she’s a wonderful person who we loved getting to know throughout the process. It was a full-circle moment beginning our home-buying journey with her and ending it with her. We highly recommend her.

Sam and Ben were professional, friendly, and super easy to work with.

We found the service that Sam and Ben offered to be exceptional from the beginning to the end of the selling process. They exceeded our expectations. by presenting comprehensive and timely information, answering all our questions in detail (they have alot of patience! ) and giving us immediate feedback on the Open Homes. We felt listened to and respected and we felt confident in their abilities and the advice they provided. The selling process is not an easy one to live with, and Sam and Ben not only demonstrated a deep understanding of the Wellington property market but were very reassuring when we had concerns about whether our house would sell or not. Their process worked and it sold within three weeks. We have no hesitation in recommending them to other potential vendors.
