Excellent communication given straight and to the point

We have used both Alexia and Danielle on several occasions now over several years and we have been happy with the service, communication and personal experience. They have kept us informed on how the market is at the times. (When good and not so good). They have guided us on what we needed to and not to do bringing our properties to the market. We like their straight forward approach and follow up in communications.

Alice is super helpful, professional and sincere!

Alice was a pleasure to work with. Very professional but also easy going. I felt like the whole process was smooth, and I I was well informed throughout. I asked to view the property a number of times, which Alice happily assisted with. Whilst viewing, she was there to help, but she also gave me space to view the place. It was refreshing to meet an estate agent that felt attentive and sincere. When it came to making an offer, Alice was honest about the process and I felt guided not pressured, into the decisions I made. That ultimately got me my first home!

Consummate professionals

I needed to sell in a buyers market and was very stressed and despondent. I had tried with other agents but no luck. I had Grant and Clare recommended to me as the best in business. Fortunately for me, this proved to be true. They knew the area, the market, and understood what the buyers would be looking for. They were confident and reassuring and actively looked for buyers rather than simply relying on the open homes. Clare has a great energy and Grant has the calm so make a great team. They gave me honest practical advice without being pushy and managed my expectations around price. Their experience showed and I felt I could leave it in their hands as they seemed to have it all under control. Amazingly they sold my property in only two weeks. Enough said.
