Fantastic Agents

Danielle and Alexia both went out of their way to help us purchase our first home. We came into this knowing we didn’t have much knowledge on the process but they both walked us through it, answered all our questions when we had them. Advised us in a way that worked for us, there’s been many agents we’ve worked with in the past while looking who pushed and didn’t communicate well, only seemed to want to get a sale but we couldn’t rate Danielle and Alexia high enough. They also assisted us with a lawyer who checked the title urgency and guided on price for comparable properties in the area. Very glad we got them who made our journey on buying our first home so much better and easier than we had expected.

Consummate professional

Patrick was a breath of fresh air. We first met him when we were house hunting and stuck with him for both sides of the deal. He knew exactly what we were looking for, and knew exactly how to market our own home. We were also able to see him represent the interests of the people looking at our house - taking care to get them the necessary information and help them make big decisions. Wonderful guys doing everything they can to guide us through the process
