Barry was a foundation member of Pelorus Real Estate when that company opened for business in 1999 and for 13 years was engaged with success in commercial real estate sales and leasing. His move into residential real estate followed his perception that there are more opportunities in the residential arena for him to pursue with Tommy’s and it is a sector of the real estate market with which he has a close affinity.
