Will called me when homes came up that he thought would be suitable to my requirements. He was very good at following up and making sure I had everything I needed and came back very quickly on any questions I had. He has exceptional customer service skills and a nice selling style. I have been looking at homes for 6 months and during that period I found some of the other agents from Tommy’s and other agencies, off putting as they came across overly salesy and ‘too busy’. Will’s approach was very different, giving the information I needed and supporting me through the process. He will go a long way in the real estate business and I would highly recommend to anyone buying a house.

Will Cummings was an attentive, reliable and thorough sales agent who worked hard and throughout unusual hours to greatly assist our apartment purchase. He was polite and transparent in his dealings with us, though representing the sellers at all times. We would happily engage Will again and trust him for his expertise and reliability.

We preferred dealing with Tommy’s over other agencies generally (and almost vetoed Ray White completely), but Will went above and beyond with his communication, advice and assistance. Tommy’s agents always made an effort to assist us as potential buyers – Will and Chris came out in the rain more than once to provide viewings for us.
