Trina was also one of the Co-founding owners of the Wellington property web-based business Homes.co.nz, now sold to Trademe another Wellington institution. She has a long relationship with all things property in Wellington and has honed her negotiation skills effectively ensuring that her clients get the best possible deals. Her specialist area of focus is Wellington’s Western suburbs including Kelburn where she also resided for many years, she has deep knowledge and understanding of the local real estate market which is crucial for success.
